Vehicle Maintenance Tracker collects only the information you voluntarily enter into the app for vehicle maintenance tracking purposes.

All processing for free users happens entirely on your device. No data is sent to external servers.
All data is stored locally on your Android device using secure storage mechanisms. Your data is not accessible to us or any third parties.
If you choose to enable cloud backup as part of a Premium subscription, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Cloud backup is strictly opt-in and used only for backup, multi-device sync, and data restoration. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

Vehicle Maintenance Tracker requests the following Android permissions:
To save your vehicle records and attachments locally on your device.
To allow you to attach, view, and manage documents and images within your records.
To deliver maintenance reminders, service alerts, and renewal notifications.
Required only for Premium cloud backup and sync features. Not used in offline mode.
All permissions are used only for their stated purpose. We never access files outside of what you explicitly select or create within the app.
Vehicle Maintenance Tracker does not integrate with third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers.
For Premium cloud features, we may use reputable cloud infrastructure providers solely to host and deliver the backup service. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.
No user data is sold, shared, or made available to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
For free users: we never have access to your data in the first place — it stays on your device.
For Premium users: cloud-stored data is used exclusively to provide the backup and sync service you have opted into.
Vehicle Maintenance Tracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data for free users is stored locally and we have no visibility into user data, we cannot inadvertently collect data from minors.
If you believe a child has provided information through the Premium service, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
You have full rights over your data at all times:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and operational reasons. Any changes will be posted within the app and on the Google Play Store listing, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy will be updated accordingly.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
